共同貴重儀器中心現屬研究發展處，現任中心主任為謝明麗教授；主任專司促進本中心科技研究之發展；化學類儀器維護由組員黃美珠負責；生科類儀器維護由組員李慧儒負責；另設儀器諮詢人員，由儀器相關且具高度專業之教授負責各項儀器管理。

The THU Center of Precision Instrument is managed by the Office of Research and Development.
The current director is Professor Mingli Hsieh, responsible for promoting the technological development of the center.
Maintenance of chemical instruments is overseen by group member Mei-Chu Huang, while life science instruments are maintained by group member Hui Ru Lee.
Additionally, the center has instrument consultants,who are highly qualified professors with expertise in instrument management.
