Instrument Testing Application Process:
1. Fill out an application form.
2. The application form is submitted to the center (or directly to the operator).
3. Reservation of testing time (priority based on sequence number).
4. Sample testing is conducted.
5. Issuance of a payment notification.
6. Payment is completed at the cashier's office.
7. Sending spectra and samples.
