精密儀器訓練操作訓練須知

Ａ、本中心之儀器設備由專業人員負責管理，各儀器室負責人得定期舉辦常用貴重儀器使用操作講習，並邀請該部儀器專家、廠商及系

　　上學有專精之教授詳細講解及示範儀器之正確使用方法與基礎維修保養。

Ｂ、儀器設備之操作及使用人員均需通過操作鑑定考試，取得操作使用資格，經負責教授認可之人員方可直接操作使用，依各儀器屬性

　　自行制定。鑑定考試項目以儀器原理、操作程序、樣品前處理及簡易維護保養為主。儀器負責教授負責督導儀器之正常運作，並對

　　使用者提供諮詢服務。

Ｃ、精密儀器之使用可採委託操作或親自操作，無論親自操作者或委託操作者其收費標準依本中心收費原則收費。

Ｄ、一般儀器開放借用時間為：星期一至星期五上午九點至下午四點止。晚上和例假日原則不開放借用。

Ｅ、在儀器借用期間，儀器若因人為操作不當造成故障、損害。則需全額負責維修。

Ｆ、未依上列規定取得資格而上機使用者，除報請中心主任及指導教  授處分外，停止報考鑑定考試資格三個月。

Uidelines for Precision Instruments (Operational Training):
A. Center equipment is managed by professional staff. Heads of each equipment room may regularly organize training sessions on the operation of commonly used valuable instruments. They invite experts in the field, manufacturers, and professors with expertise in the department to provide detailed explanations and demonstrations on the correct usage and basic maintenance of the instruments.
B. Both the operation and users of the equipment must pass an operational proficiency examination to obtain the qualifications for use. Only individuals approved by the responsible professor are allowed to operate the instruments directly, as per the specific attributes of each instrument. The examination includes aspects such as instrument principles, operating procedures, sample preparation, and basic maintenance and upkeep. The professor in charge of the instrument is responsible for overseeing its proper operation and providing consultation services to users.
C. The use of precision instruments can be done either by direct operation or by commissioning the operation. Regardless of whether the user operates the instrument personally or commissions it, the charges will follow the fee schedule of the center.
D. Users may borrow equipment on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Equipment is not available for borrowing in the evenings and holidays.
E. If the instrument experiences malfunctions or damages due to improper operation when borrowed out from the Center, the user will be fully responsible for repair costs.
F. Users who operate the instruments without the required qualifications, as mentioned above, will face disciplinary actions. These actions include reporting to the center director and the supervising professor and having their qualification to take the examination suspended for three months.
